The per event fee is $12 for on time and an additional $10 after the on time period ends.
Ten and under athletes 10U will be banded and a coach or parent will receive a matching wristband that must be kept for the duration of the meet to reunify with the athlete at the end of their competition event. These athletes should not be permitted to traverse the facility unattended.
Safesport and MAAPP protocol will be in place at the championship and expected to be followed by all on site. **Ms. Charelise Davis will be your main point of contact for Safesport questions and protocol for the Region II Championship.
Eight will advance from association to region and then on to the National in all individual and relay events. The combined events are open to any athlete who competed in their association championship or had an approved waiver. Three, not 2 as stated in the rule book will advance to the National from the region meet in the combined events.
In the instance of events with 8 or fewer contestants, the final will be conducted at the scheduled time for the preliminary/semi round.
To assist an athlete with the pole vault or high jump and enter the track oval, the person must be 3 step compliant or assist from the exterior fence of the track.
