WHAT

Learn-by-doing, XC tips and suggestions regarding pre-race preparation, starting, early race strategies, team running, map reading, finishing tips,post-race recovery ideas, visualization, the training diary, scripting a race, being a team captain.

WHO

The clinics are geared for junior high to high school. Fitness level – able to run 3-4 miles.

Time: 10 AM - 1 PM

Cost: $25 ► all payments to be made at the clinic

Buffalo South Clinic - August 20

Time: 1-3 PM
